December 29th i walked into western auto and explained i had a power steering high pressure hose leaking, and i needed a break job full set. Shop had one customer, and an empty bay. After waiting all day for info on my car, i called right before closing and hadnt gotten to my car( lady on the phone in the shop was talking to a friend on the phone about the friends car. [ i assume they worked their friends car before mine, and she wasnt even present.] Anyways. I get a call the next morning confirming my repair order. They finish in a couple hours and i come pick up my car for a price cheaper than my quote, but i didnt question it and paid ive been coming here for over 15 years. I get home park and have yo leave to the store later and i notice the same giant power steering leak puddle that w

BEWARE! Dishonesty is a problem for me. When a tube needs to be patched, don't charge the customer for a new tube. Once they finished fixing the flat, the employee at the register stated the tube could not be patched. It had a small puncture from a thorn. I then asked the mechanic why he didn't want to patch it. He said because there could have been another hole in it. It's unbelievable how this company will lie and charge for unneeded services. I will never return as long as they are dishonest.

I’ve been here twice now. Nothing but good things to say. Every time I come it’s the same two or three mechanics, and the same two people at the front desk. Eric and Chris. (I think I remembered that correctly) I didn’t make this review the first time cause I treat every company as though there is a honeymoon period. I might be all happy and excited for a few days then something changes. But western auto takes the cake here. First off the moment I came in and explained my situation and he asked for my details he heard my last name and immediately remembered my grandpas last name, (I’m the only one left in my family with that last name as he died) and asked if I knew anybody (with his first name) and I said yeah that was my grandpa. dropped my truck off right after they opened. they said they could get it done that morning, showed up around noon and said they had a car in front of me on the rack and would get it done before close called at 3 and said they couldn’t do it because their rack didn’t have the settings for my 2002 2500hd with a level. wasted my entire day I needed to be on the road headed out of state.

Walked in with my onewheel tire having problems getting the bead seated. These guys fixed it no problems! 7 minutes later I was back on the road! Super friendly, fast, and helpful
