I am so thankful that I found Western Edge to work on my 1992 Toyota Pickup. I was having problems trouble-shooting a blower motor / resistor / relay issue and after 1 year, wasn’t able to resolve the problem. I took it into Western Edge and told them I was very concerned about who was going to work on my truck and that it was to be worked on by someone who knew what they were doing. I bought my truck 33 years ago and I was concerned about making sure that any repairs that were perform, were done correctly. After speaking with Danny, I was confident that he knew exactly what he was doing and he was able to troubleshoot the electrical issue and get my heater AC unit working once again. Out-of-towners stranded in the middle of no where with our Ford truck losing power/accelerator issues/engine light issues. We found this business in a google search and called them. This is what we got, a friendly assuring calm voice directing us how to get there, assurance that if we couldn’t make it, she would be able to get a tow truck to find us. Once we made it to the shop, we got a complete and accurate diagnosis with their mechanics working with my Seattle dealership. They got the part ordered that had to be delivered from another town and had our truck repaired by 3 o’clock in the afternoon so we could get back on the road. In the meantime all the employees were friendly, kind, and welcoming. They allowed us to have our three dogs in their business out of the heat for five hours.

I usually work on my own vehicles but I was having an issue with my RAM 1500 that I couldn't figure out. I brought my truck to Western Edge for a diagnostic. Long story short the owner stepped in and took matters into her own hands. Her and her husband and staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to auto mechanics. They found the issue and fixed it with a clamp saving me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I couldn't be happier, if you have any concerns I would speak to the owner directly, she'll take care of you like you're family. Also this was after I took my truck to 2 different repair shops. Knowledgeable staff, front desk is very helpful and honest they were able to remove a very tough part from my truck. The full inspection for future repairs is also very helpful, it makes you aware of immediate repairs and repairs that will need attention in the future. Overall, I would recommend them.
