Western Auto was a life saver!!! After having a flat tire I was towed to the location for a patch. I was told the vehicle would be ready the next day. To my surprise I received a call approximately 1 hour later and the vehicle was ready!! Great customer service and even nicer staff!! Thank you

I had to stop by this establishment for an emergency tire replacement. I was about 2.5 hours from home when I noticed a huge bubble on one of my tires. I stopped by and Nathan was super helpful, he said they were busy but would fit me in as soon as possible. The total interaction was about 30 minutes which is incredibly fast service. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for fast and reliable service.

Very polite and helpful through the whole process. We had two vehicles have issues at the same time. Western Auto recommended towing company. They were there on time as promised. Rick at the front desk kept me informed. Great job from the techs diagnosing issue and were able to repair quickly. Saved me money. Versus just throwing parts at it. A1 class guys there. Thank you so much. Calling them first for any of my vehicle issues!

I have been going to Western Auto my whole driving experience and have always had great experiences there. Everybody is knowledgeable and so friendly. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced there.

Very positive experience after road debris left me and my dog stranded in Centreville on a road trip from NJ to VA. Managed to get myself off the highway and into town. The team here was friendly, empathetic, and got to me relatively quickly given that I was unscheduled. They didn't have the tire I needed, but were able to verify a sister shop had one left and then proceeded to provide me with tow information and allowed me and my dog to use the waiting area as well as stay parkes in their lot until a tow truck came for me. Glad to have ended up in a place with a team that was willing to help on a cold winter afternoon!
