Andre is always very friendly when scheduling an appointment as I did for my daughter's vehicle recently, and when I took it in to wait for 2 inspections the inspections were completed in a very timely manner. Our family has been very satisfied with the services performed by Western Tire & Auto since we started taking our vehicles there a few years ago. This was the first place I ended up coming to when I moved to Missouri. The vehicle registration for the state is very confusing and I had ended up getting the wrong certification, they provided me the correct one (despite it being my mistake) at no cost. I now come back for my oil changes always. I had a coupon that I had forgotten to bring but they still honored that as well! Everyone is always so kind and professional. I don’t know if they’re the cheapest in the area but the quality and kindness it what brings me back!

Tony is a great mechanic, he explained everything to me. I learned that my car was under warranty so I’ll take it there to complete the work needed. Even though Tony knew I was going to the dealership he still made sure I was aware of his findings and told me I could share them with the dealership. If they giving me any trouble he said to bring it back and he would take care of it for me. What a great business! Friendly employees and great mechanics! I’ll be back here for work on my car when needed.

Fantastic customer service! I brought my car in for an oil change and an emissions inspection! It was a fast turn around, and right before a big snowstorm! :) also a manager gave me a ride back to my apartment! Very kind and professional! Thank you!

I arrived at Western Tire and Auto and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful representative. I just moved to Missouri so I needed to get my vehicles inspected so I could get Missouri License Plates. They squeezed me into their tight schedule and had all 3 of my vehicles inspected within 24 hours. I truly appreciate them for their since of urgency, professionalism and good work. I will definitely be back to this shop again when I am in need of their assistance!
