Westlie Ford Service

I paid them $388.38 to replace four headlamp bulbs: including $50.63 for each H9BP bulb (just $20/each at O’Reilly’s) which is a 150% markup. I’m lucky they didn’t mark up the two H11 bulbs I brought with me. They charged $210 for labor and another $46.69 in “shop supplies” that were not disclosed or necessary to change four halogen bulbs. Plus $30.43 in taxes. Imagine what you will pay for something more expensive than changing lightbulbs…Buyers beware!

We use to have our daughter’s car serviced here and questioned some of the billing. It did not seem correct. Happily we moved onto a local mechanic that values our business and is professional, honest and responsive!

Bought my bronco at damerow in Beaverton. I live next to ford Vancouver dealership but I service it at westlie ford. Damerow denied my TSB fix on my soft top but westlie ford did not. I had brought it here at least 3 times now. Treavor, my service advisor has went above and beyond especially this last visit. Made sure problem was fixed in a timely manner and had always kept me updated. I will continue to bring my bronco here if needed. So thank you and to your team of whomever had helped.

Great company to deal with, had some recall work on my van. They had me in and out quickly for one recall and ordered parts for the other two, will be back in a week for them to complete all recalls. We are traveling and did not know anything about this dealership, only used reviews to determine our selection, it was right on par.

Best service I've ever had at a dealership, hands down. They always get me an appointment when I need it and do quality work. My service advisor, Harrison, worked diligently to track down an issue that was bothering me and got it fixed. Always happy to drive a few extra miles to get my Ford serviced at Westlie.
