Westside Hyundai Service Department

I recently brought my 2024 Santa Fe in for service at Westside Hyundai, and I had a great experience thanks to Emma, my service advisor. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain what was going on, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear she really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. I left feeling confident in the service and really appreciated how easy Emma made the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for her again!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I had just taken possession of a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I was on my way back to Texas. (17 hr drive!) . Long story short this is one of the “bad “”engines & it ended up needing to be replaced. When I arrived at Westside, Tony got to work immediately trying to get a new engine. He was extremely kind! I waited for several hours on all the paperwork to get processed. I ended up having to stay overnight and they provided a rent car. Hyundai covered the engine and there were some other charges for some repairs that needed to be done. But they got the engine overnighted and I was out by 3 PM the next day. Years ago, Tom T. serviced my vehicle at Westside Hyundai, and to this day, it remains the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. They left the multi-point inspection form completely blank, which I now recognize as unacceptable — especially after visiting Hyundai dealerships in three other cities that provide full-color inspection forms with every section properly checked. At the time, I was a new driver, and I feel they took advantage of my inexperience. To make matters worse, their service totals didn’t even match the listed work — they overcharged me, and the cashier had to correct the total.

Kaleb was incredibly kind and helpful while getting my car in for service. He explained everything in an easily understandable manner and reminded me of maintenance items that may come up in my next service or two (my brakes are starting to get a little low). Overall he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything.

Emma is an absolute rockstar! I usually do all my own work— everything from oil changes to suspension to timing belts—you name it. Both of my vehicles are well past 300K miles, specifically because I do my own work. I typically avoid dealerships because too many “service advisors” misspell OIL on the filler cap as 710 (turn your phone upside down, and you’ll get the joke). Also, I hate how hard it is to talk directly to the mechanic. But Emma? She’s the unicorn of dealership service departments. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest, she gave me a clear, no-nonsense quote with zero B.S. or pressure, which is almost unheard of in this business.
