Westside Service - Allegan MI Auto Repair Shop

Went in for brakes. Picked up my truck to find the 4-wheel drive wasn't re-connected properly. They got it in and fixed that right away. Picked it up to find my gas guage not working. They fixed that right away. Worked for 10 minutes, then stopped. I'm not sure at this point what the issue is.

Westside Service in Allegan is fantastic! Customer service is wonderful, especially from Stephen at the front desk. He always makes sure to communicate and gets our vehicle back in a timely manner. We recently had a large repair done and he went above and beyond to work with our warranty company to make sure that the job got covered. 100% would recommend them!

Just had an alignment done and I have to say this is the BEST auto shop I've ever worked with. They are kind and courteous to every single person that walked thru the door giving them 100%. They did NOT try to over charge or oversell. They even swapped tires for me and did not charge me for it. And then when I came back a cpl days later and asked to use their air compressor not only did they say yes but the nice man came out and filled all of my tires for me. Hands down best experience I've ever had at an auto shop.

I would recommend Westside to anyone who might have automobile issues. I only purchased a set of 4 tires. However,, I was impressed with the service and their interaction with clients who came in while I was waiting for my tires to mounted. I always try to support local business.

I had great service with this auto shop. From the moment I dropped the car off, the staff was professional, friendly and easy to work with. They keep me informed throughout the process and the work was completed quickly. I highly recommend them!
