Westwood Car Wash

Ripped off my rear center tail light. I’m still giving Westwood two stars because I’ve made many trips through there without incident. I am posting this out of frustration because I just went through with a 2006 Cadillac Escalade and it tore off my center tail light. I can understand accidents happen, but when the girl comes up and hand me my tail light and says this fell off when you were going through, I found that tremendously frustrating. No offer to fix anything. Not even a free car wash coupon. Basically I just paid $17 to have my vehicle damaged. No other comment than “it fell off”. I can certainly understand if you have aftermarket items that come off but when it’s the center tail light of a vehicle that seems a little bit like not my fault and maybe something to do with the car wa

I sat there for a long while vacuuming an cleaning my car out. They didn't bother me but i wish I could see more on how much it was to actually go through the car wash.

I love that they are hands on with your car and seemed to enjoy their job and the summer sun. I love that vacuums are free for all car wash customers. I love the vacuums for sure. Not anywhere has those.

This is the best carwash around by far, it is a nice gesture to tip the employees either when checking in or at the end. I used to see a lot of no-tippers in the old system, but with the new system it is impossible to pick you cheapskates out.

Absolutely the best car wash around! I love that they hand dry to get what the blow dry misses.
