They took great care of me with my new wheels and tire! They were able to hook me up with wheels and tire in just a couple of days after my visit and let alone right before Christmas as well! Will most definitely be coming back to get a lift kit here.

Good overall experience; I just ask one favor.... Had a whole new front end and new tires put on my F250. Jeff the sales person (who was very nice), told me my new front end would be "tight" for a little while, 500 miles +/-. Well after 5, 7, 1000 miles this thing was still nerve racking to steer. So I brought it back in. The install tech (also very nice) test drove it and said,"yeah this system we installed takes about 1500 to 1800 miles before it starts to settle in". He regressed the joints and it responded better. I was at 1200 miles at this time. So, "floatie, mushie, soft" how ever you would call the steering after a new install, I just wish I would have had all that information before the keys were handed over. I have had wheel city do numerous things, lifted jeep, wheels and tires, lineX bed liner, alignment etc. over a 4 year period. EVERY TIME I have had issues with them. lift kit was installed wrong, alignment not done properly, recently had lineX sprayed in my new 2025 super duty. they broke a switch in the bed , Jeff said oh no problem we will have a new one here tomorrow. 4 days later and numerous phone calls and visits, nothing, they are fast talking used car salesmen, thats it. if you have them do any work , you will have an issue!! I won't be going back, I kept giving them chance after chance, SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
