I had an excellent experience at the Mountain View Wheel Works location. The team completed several services on my vehicle including a brake fluid service, spark plug replacement, and an oil change. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and right on time. The staff was friendly and organized, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would especially like to thank supervisor **Michael Hawat** for his attention and professionalism. He made sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied with the service. Great job by the whole team. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future service.

⭐ 1 Star – Wheel Works Performed Unsafe, Dishonest, and Completely Unacceptable Work I am writing this review to get the direct attention of Wheel Works management, because what I discovered after my recent service is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about safety, honesty, and the quality of work being done here. After being told several front-end components were replaced, a follow-up inspection revealed the exact opposite: Outer front tie rods showed heavy oxidized residue, clear evidence they were not replaced as claimed. Inner tie rod on the driver side is absolutely NOT new—the condition makes it obvious no replacement occurred. Front boots were extremely loose and worn, and the passenger-side boot had completely failed/disconnected, which could easily cause dam

I recently had my tires changed at Wheel Works and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The lady who assisted me, Dulce was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. The service was fast, efficient, and done with great care. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service Dulce provided. I highly recommend Wheel Works and will definitely return in the future!

First time here and my experience was exceptional! Great service start to finish! Friendly, professional and courteous! Brought my car in for front end inspection and maybe brakes, however the prices were so good I ended up getting much needed new tires, a tune up and brake adjustment. If the price was too much I would have not done as much to take care of my care. Happy! Thank you all so much! I appreciate the price, services provided and quick service.
