Wheel World

Spoke to a great person on the phone about getting tires mounted so I pull up. A guy tells me from 10 feet away he can’t do my tires because they’re used I let him know I spoke to someone on the phone he says let me go check, after 10 mins of waiting outside in the Florida heat I go in and the guy is on the computer doing who knows what, I speak to the guy I originally spoke to on the phone and he explains the situation and I go about my day. Very unprofessional interaction to say the least.

Went to see Jorge for some 26” wheels for my Truck, ordered a set for me and gave me a great price. Had a little mix up with the size at first but the way Jorge handled things was respectable. He got me in and got my new wheels on and they also painted my brake calipers. Would definitely buy wheels again from him. Thanks again

Bought a new four Hancock tires, after six months, tires start to cracking on the side , looking very dry for some reason then one of them start to lose air, I took it to repair and they told me that the tire has a defect that the air was traveling from inside of the wheel , l looking like a three simultaneous holes , they will is useless I took it to them, and they said that it was my fault because I dropped my vehicle with a little air and that’s why it’s broken. I’m an old client of the store. I always change my four tires of my vehicle there and I had always got to fix my tires, but this kind of damage is not normal , and these people doesn’t wanna lose a penny, they do not care about customers . Really disappointment .

Took my car (simple 4 door sedan) to wheel world for a tire rotation. I was charged almost $100. Went elsewhere after and the tire rotation was $30. Was the price purposely high from wheel world because I am a female? Despicable! will never go to wheel world again and will never recommend. 1 star is not deserved.

Best Experience in service, very Fast, very reliable, friendly people, G and the great DJ the installer. Jah Bless you guys, keep doing like this.
