While in Marshfield today, I went to Wheelers to get the oil changed as it was coming due. All I can do is reiterate the review I left last September--that service is thorough, excellent, and all aspects of the visit were explained perfectly. We drove 180 miles to check out two 3500 Denali Ultimates they have on lot - one in Wisconsin Rapids and one in Marshfield. Everyone in Marshfield location was nice and courteous and willing to answer any questions we had. Our sales person Sean at Wisconsin Rapids was also very professional and patient. However, the sales manager at WR was a bit rude. When we tried to negotiate a little more because the orange peel in the black truck was standing out, he stated "then the truck is not for you" and hung up. So we left, despite we have wire transferred significant down payment to start the process. I'm giving 3 stars because all other people are very nice and helpful at both locations but nonetheless, we are not coming back to buy the truck.
