Steve was awesome and gets straight to the point. Gave me a loaner for the day and was very communicative via phone and text. He was happy to work with my schedule to make sure I got my car back on time and in good shape. I was back and driving my car in 24hrs. No car wash and actually got the car back dirtier then when I left it, but I didn't pay for a wash so didn't bother me anyway. I asked him to check my front brake pads. He didn't give me any reason to replace them and didnt try to force unnecessary repairs. Honest team! Will definitely bring my car back for future repairs. Ask for any available promos, Steve was able to find a deal for me which saved me a few hundred. Thanks Steve! I wanted to get a second opinion on a dealership vehicle inspection. Making an appointment was easy over the phone. After the inspection was complete, I received a text with photos and descriptions of issues found. Steve called to walk through all the items and offered his opinion on what items were the most urgent. I appreciate his honesty and the timeframe for the work. Overall, it was a great experience. Like many small businesses, they charge a 3% credit card fee. They made sure I was aware of this when dropping off my car, as well as when I was told my car was ready to be picked up. Additionally, they have multiple signs on the front desk.

I love going to Wheeling Auto. Service is always great; have been doing so for almost ten years. Adam K does great work and cares about providing A+ personalized service. Reason for 4 stars? I made appointment for service 2 days ahead. Regardless, I had to wait extra 20 minutes for the oil filter to ‘arrive’ from someplace. Not a huge deal but time mattered on that day.

Wheeling auto has become the only place I will ever consider taking my cars. Amazing work, fair prices and fantastic customer service. It's hard to come by an honest business like this but appreciate the whole team!

I’ve been a customer for many years. Customer service had been great. Usually, even tho it’s only an oil change, they inspect wearable parts, filters, brakes, tires etc., nope, not this time, just an oil change. I called cuz this is unusual and Steve told me nothing needs service. Really? Where’s the paperwork on the ‘inspection’ details on my invoice? Plus, hard to believe my 11 year old car didn’t need at least a tire rotation. And there’s always that perk - free car wash. That didn’t happen and Steve explained - he didn’t have a guy to wash. And that 3% add for credit cards is maybe a reason to seek service elsewhere.
