WHEELQUEST RIMS TIRES AND TOWING

I was traveling through Memphis and my car started shaking super hard. I went to the nearest tire shop, and this is the one I went to. The workers identified the issue immediately— I had a bulging tire. They quickly and cheaply fixed the issue. They even drove to their warehouse to ensure I had the correct tire. The workers were super kind. I was worried about stopping in Memphis because I know it has some dangerous areas and I was traveling solo with my mom, but the tire shop workers were very kind and made us feel safe.

Paid to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. He did not balance tires and overinflated them both. Damaged the tire pressure monitor in the process, and refused to fix it.

Cool guy. Fixed rim on agreed price. Helped me out of bind.

Hit a pothole on the highway near the industrial district in downtown Memphis. Bent my rim and my tire at ten o'clock at night.My wife and I thought we would be stuck on the side of the road till morning. And this very kind Gentleman answered his PERSONAL phone after hours and stayed and helped with dedication fixed the bent rim and got a tire so we can continue on to our home in Florida. Thank you So much Cash for everything you did for us.

Absolutely The Best, Fast, Honest, & Affordable. I went to this tire shop yesterday because my rim was bent & air wouldn’t stay in my tire. No other shops wanted to accommodate me because it was close to closing time but Mr. Cliff (I think that’s his name) the owner, saw my frustration and helped me right away. So thankful for him and his family for staying over and making sure I was good. Definitely recommend. Great service. Thanks again.
