Whistle Express Car Wash

I had such an amazing experience at this car wash! As soon as I pulled in, Mr. Graig immediately came over and personally helped me wash my floor mats. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service was very fast and efficient, and everything was done with great attention to detail. You can really tell they care about their customers. This is truly the best car wash station in my area. Highly recommend to everyone!

Good location with good prices. Ordered the $26 car wash and it cleaned the undercarriage well. The Car came out reasonable but had a lot of spots that I had to correct by hand. The vacuums are really powerful and the car mat cleaner was very convenient. The towels seem that may require some better organization as it has both used and not used towels together. The tire shine was very subtle.

Been a member a few years now. I think it’s the best car wash, in town. Tried a few others, wasn’t a fan. Want to give a big shout out to Ricky “Doc” for going above & beyond, in customer service. Highly recommend Whistle on Dick Pond Road!!

I used to enjoy using this car wash when I came to Myrtle Beach area for the winter months or short trips. Until I forgot to cancel my membership and didn't realize it for several months. When I called the guy told me he would cancel it going forward, but couldn't issue a refund for past unused months, I should call back and talk to a manager. Another couple of months go bye and I realized I never called back. I was charged during those 2 months despite their employee telling me it was canceled. I had to call and cancel again. I asked for a full refund back to when I last used their services, they said no. I hope they put my unused membership $$ to good use as I will never support any of their locations again.
