Whistle Express Car Wash

I’m really disappointed with the car wash service I received. After getting my vehicle washed, there were still visible streaks and wipe marks all over the back window and trunk. It honestly looked like it was wiped down with a dirty towel instead of being properly cleaned and dried. When you pay for a car wash, you expect your vehicle to leave looking clean and polished — not smeared and streaky. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope management takes more care in quality control because this experience was very frustrating.

Paid 25 dollars for my car to look like I washed it myself. Windshield wasnt cleaned, mirrors, tires, grill.. I wouldn't recommend. Be cheaper to do it yourself and probly come out looking better as well

This place started off great but quality has fallen off.Ive had a membership since they opened, and they originally had 2 people pre-washing. Recently it's been only 1, so only the driver side is pre-washed or both sides are pre-washed but not very good. My windshield and grille are still covered with bugs when I exit. Also, my vehicle is still wet after I exit the wash. This leaves water spots within minutes of driving off. I would leave if we had another express wash in town.

This carwash went down hill quick! No real incentive for improvement being the business is always packed with customers. Last 3 or 4 times I have come here the wash itself was terrible and i didnt get what i paid for.. The kids doing the pre wash could care less. The place looks like an absolute disaster all over the parking lot. ( To be fair that's probably more of a customer base issue. ) Also the workers of the wash park for their shift in two of the cleaning bays lol. That alone should tell you how this place is being run. Not sure if the owner is from out of state or what the deal is. But I can't imagine an owner that would be ok with what's been happening to this place over the last few months. But like I said, business is still doing very well regardless.

SUCKS ALL THE WAY AROUND, IF IT WASNT FOR THE FREE VACUUMING. I WOULDNT COME. THE WASH ITSELF DOESNT APPLY THE SOAP TO YOUR CAR FULLY ANYWAY. THERE NEVER ANY TOWELS..THE LINES ARE ALWAYS SUPER LONG. AN THE STAFF HALF WAY WASH THE UNDERCARRIAGE OF MY VEHICLE. SOMEONE PLZ OPEN A NEW CAR WASH WITH FREE VACUUMING..TBH THE APP THE BEST THING ABOUT THE CAR WASH. AT LEAST U CAN GET A DISCOUNT FROM SPINNING THE WHEEL ON THE APP.
