I’ve used WHITAKERS several times for my vehicle repairs & they have ALWAYS given OUTSTANDING SERVICE & QUALITY WORKMANSHIP !! WHITAKERS is a family owned business. Shane & Kyle really take care of the customer! They are very friendly & give excellent customer service! They do their very best to have your vehicle in & out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. They also keep you updated frequently on the progress of the repairs. In one case they did one part of the repairs without charging me since my insurance company would not pay for it. The repair needed to be done since it was for safety reasons…they insisted to do it the RIGHT WAY because they are very ethical people!

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Whitaker Auto Collision! After my car was damaged in a hit and run accident while my car was parked, I was dreading the repair process, but Shane and the rest of the team at Whitaker’s made it absolutely seamless from start to finish. Shane, my service advisor, was fantastic. He was professional, patient, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way via phone calls, so I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. The new Whitaker Auto Collision location is so much easier to get to! Julie handled all the paperwork and rental car setup, while Kyle kept me updated on the repairs the whole way. Everything was finished on time, my car looks great, and they even detailed it before I picked it up. Love these guys - Super professional and helpful team—highly recommend!

Outstanding service. Hit and run on my car, ripped the bumper off. Whitaker did a fabulous repair job. Great communication and customer service. Got my car back and they had cleaned it inside and out. As my insurance handled this I cannot comment on pricing in this review.

This is the only place we take our cars when they need any sort of body work. Everyone there is always so nice, Shane is exceptionally helpful, and the work is fantastic. We highly recommend them!
