I am an old retired navy vet that took a vehicle in for a routine oil change. Got it home and a day later realized there was oil all over my driveway. I have a notoriously dry car. It's been in for service at every interval since it was new. In addition it's always been this particular dealership. After popping the hood we found puddles of oil laying all over the engine. Out of fear of driving it we called the dealership and got a hold of an assistant service manager named Jerry. He asked that we send pictures directly to a cell phone. The same ones that are listed in this review. After some debate the car was towed in. A few hours later he proceeded tell me that he sees a completely dry engine, what's the problem? White Allen has always been very good to me and their service is good also.

took a diesel silverado in for service and they charged me over $500 to replace a fuel filter that was right on top in the engine compartment. very easy fix. i got home and truck was doing the same thing, leaking from fuel filter assembly. apparently the fuel filter was not tightened properly. took it back and they told me $3500 to fix. they said there were holes in fuel lines and the filter assembly was bad. i drove it to another service company and they concluded that there was no problem with either. i've been driving it since with no problems ever since. they are such a rip off.

Last time I was in, I thought I had some brake issues. Shane Whitt and his team looked at them and told me that I didn't need them yet. Any other shop would take advantage of a customer and just do the job even if it didn't need done. Always do a great job at White Allen.

There are a few points I have to make and I wish I could do separate reviews for each. I'd probably give each review 5 stars tho. 1st, I hate being there. Because my car is broken. They have a comfortable waiting area. It's tidy, it smells nice, the ladies bathroom is clean. 2nd, Jerry was great. He explained everything and didn't talk to me like I had no idea what was going on even though I didn't. He let me know what my car likely needs, but no pressure for anything extra. He answered all my questions. 4th, they got 4 issues done in 2 sessions. They offered to keep the car overnight or get me in later in the week. Though not convenient, it was more convenient than I thought it would be. 2 recall fixes, oil change, and 1 hose something-or-other. 3rd. I learned something new: maintenance o
