White Glove Car Wash

I brought my vehicle in for the Ultimate package, which is advertised as their top-tier detailing service. As you can see from the photos, the inside of the wheel wells were still dirty after the wash. When I politely pointed this out to the person cleaning my car, he simply said, “I don’t do that.” I then spoke with the manager, hoping for better service, but he told me that they don’t clean the inside of the wheel wells on any vehicles. I explained that it made no sense to apply tire shine over a dirty wheel and asked what exactly I paid for if this was their “ultimate” service. I paid $32 for a car wash, and the quality of service was extremely poor. The interior was not properly cleaned — dust was still clearly visible on the dashboard and around the steering wheel. It looked like only the floor mats were cleaned. I took photos on site as proof. What made the situation worse was the manager’s behavior. Instead of simply acknowledging that the car was not cleaned properly, he became rude and aggressive. The staff overall seemed careless and uninterested in doing their job properly. When I said I was willing to pay extra if needed to have it cleaned correctly, the manager unexpectedly started raising his voice and accusing me of “not listening.” There was no reason for that reaction. Went to the car wash today, paid for the full ultimate service. Was a huge waste of my money and 20% tip. Water spots on the driver & passenger side. Oh the back was worse. The tire shine was pathetic, looked like they barely detailed my tires. I was so embarrassed that I came home and cleaned my car, before taking pictures. Will NOT ever go back to this place again. Was only there as I out running errands. Should have waited to take my car to Ritz Spa on Berlin-Haddonfield Road in Voorhees.

This is my honest experience.!!! I paid for the Ultimate wash, which costs $30 per wash without a membership, but the premium lights weren’t on, so I’m not confident those services were applied. The interior wipe-down was rushed, there was visible dust on my dashboard, and the car still looked dirty when it was finished. For the price, this is unacceptable. I’m sharing this so other customers know what to expect before spending their money.

Good evening Family. My first time visiting this location of White Glove. Just left Wegmans after eating my hot Asian bar lunch. So delicious 😋 when I arrived, Jason was the attendant. Jason was so efficient. I decided on the Basic Full Service of $20.00. Tax was $1.33, so total was $21.33. I got out so they could vacuum the car. Initially I thought I was staying in the car. They had one restroom which was unisex and they had a toilet and an urinal in the same restroom. I thought that was interesting. I waited for my vehicle, Honda Pilot. Not a long wait, I spent most of the wait in the restroom. I'm glad that they had a restroom because it saved me from going to Wawa to utilize their bathroom. I left a tip and inspected my vehicle.
