Herm! Absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish! I had a full detail done — interior shampoo, stain removal, exterior wash and wax, ceramic coating, even the engine bay — and my car looks completely transformed. The paint is glossy and smooth, the interior smells fresh and looks brand new, and every small detail was handled with care. The professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail truly stood out. He didn’t rush and made sure everything was perfect before handing the keys back. It honestly feels like I’m driving a brand-new car again. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers top-tier results, Herm is the one. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Worst carwash ever! Got a free pass from Geralds Tires so thought I would give it a try. Man what a dissapointment! The auto carwash equiptment must be ancient like from the 1980s or 90s with the old style rails and brushes! after leaving I stopped by a store and Discovered the whole rear clip of my car was covered in half dried soap and dirty scum spots all over plus one of my rims was scratched from the rails since I haven't hit anything ever with my wheels I see others have had their tires damaged... I would advise anyone DO NOT use the Auto wash! It's a piece of crap! Geralds should not be promoting this place!

Why is it we are forced to even given one star wen doing reviews wen it’s not deserved??? This place has REALLY REALLY went down since the name change. Today’s wash was the absolute worse. The wash was bad, the service afterward was bad, cars piling up to come out of the opening of the wash…. literally no one paying attention!!! A car was about to hit my car coming out of the tunnel bc no one moved the cars out the way and sending more cars through, I had to beep my horn twice to get the attendants attention to move the car in front of me so I could leave the opening before the other car came out from being washed. There was absolutely NO ORDER in how the cars came out to be serviced. A truck in front of me and my car sat there for over 25mins before our cars were dried off and cleaned. T

The wait for a car wash is ridiculous! Every other car wash we go to you drive right in. This one we waited almost 40 minutes. The same thing happened at the Mount Pleasant location. The only reason we came either time was because we had some free washes. Without those we will not be back!

A bit of a disappointing experience. They did a great job cleaning out the inside of the car and making it look like new. On the other hand, they rubbed a guide rail and broke the hubcap and the valve stem. The tire was fixable, but according to the manager on duty on 19 March at 0945, they are not responsible for the hubcap since “it happens all the time and it’s a plastic piece.” Posting this here to give the owners an opportunity to respond to make this right also. Let’s talk about why damage like that happens all the time and why the company is not liable. Edit: downgraded to 1 star review as management has not attempted to make this right. This should caution you to stay away, because they are not responsible for any damage their drivers cause to your vehicle.
