Whited Peterbilt of Maine

My Kenworth T680 stopped building air pressure. The shop determined that the air dryer needed to be replaced. After being at the shop for most of that day, the truck was finally repaired. As I was preparing to leave, I noticed an audible air leak and the truck would not build air above 100psi. The shop personnel came to inspect and determined that the air compressor discharge line had partially ruptured. I was dismayed, it was a Friday and that particular part has to be ordered. Long story short, the shop foreman and the service writer took the initiative and said we will not allow you to be stuck here for the weekend. We may have a used discharge line. It was a match. Because it was used they could not warranty the part, and I said that is perfectly fine. I was just happy to get back on

They ordered parts directly for us and worked and scheduled us appropriately so we didn't have to leave our home (MH) for more than a few hours. Great service.

Called asked about piece of equipment 3 people had no idea , your a dealer for them . . Fourth call they hung up on me Tried last year as well couldn’t get anyone to answer . Don’t waste time nobody knows anything or cares to know
