Had an amazing experience today 11/12/25. Truck in D-rate, 1 hour away, I called spoke with an amazing service member Stacey. She started our write up immediately. By the time we rolled in within just a short time she had a tech on our unit and within a few hours we were all fixed up and back rolling. Great job Whiteford Kenworth with this hire, she was pleasant to deal with, efficient and accurate on time frame can’t ask for better service in the trucking industry. This is horrible shop. They overcharged me for $7000 and didn't repair truck. (run wire from transmission to ECM $7000) We file complaint to Kenworth headquarters, and nothing happen. People stay away from Kenworth POS trucks. They keep truck for 3 weeks. Bringing lawsuit in order to collect money they steal. WORST TRUCK REPAIR SHOP.

Don’t even waste your breath because they don’t listen!! I have asked at least a handful of times to turn off my adaptive cruise control because when I am loaded, it is not safe!!! They say it’s Kenworth, but won’t show me where it says that. Now I’m putting it in writing, IF I WRECK BECAUSE OF ADAPTED CRUISE CONTROL, I WILL HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT ME, DEBRAH HARBAUGH!!! 10/13/2025

I returned a nox sensor to this Kenworth dealer just one week after purchase. Instead of processing the return properly, they quietly sold me another one for $759 (before tax). Four months later, after I personally came back to ask about the refund, they told me it was not their fault and refused to take responsibility. Be careful with this dealer — you may end up paying twice and waiting months with no resolution. Very unprofessional and dishonest service.
