Whitestone Collision

They're old school guys. Took my 1999 Mustang GT there for an entire disassembly and respray. Its been about a year and the paint has held up phenomenally. Also took my car there again for some pretty major rust repair in the trunk area.

From the first time I walked into Whitestone Collision, I felt the place was welcoming and professional. I was told the owner was not in and to come back the following day which was not an issue because I understood that it was a holiday. Not to rely on only one place I decided that on my way home I should stop at another place body shop only a few blocks away. That was a mistake I was treated completely different for being a woman. The two guys who look at my car tried to make me feel that I didn’t know how much repairs cost or could handle calling the insurance company alone. I would never use that other body shop. I returned the following day to Whitestone Collision and again was treated with the same welcoming attitude and professionalism. My car was sideswiped came out looking

I just recieved my 2023 jeep grand cherokee back 7/21/23 and im beyond satisfied and happy. My car was hit and the guy told me to come here and ask for john. He said trust me and i did. Im glad because from not knowing this place to being thankful for knowing a body shop . Not only did they work around my work schedule and was great on communication, you wont regret the work here. My car not only looks new but they even washed it lol its like i just leased a new car . Thank you john and his entire team at whitestone collision. New customer now lifetime client.

BEWARE - STAY AWAY! AMATEURS & UNPROFESSIONAL- I brought my car in for body work and after waiting 2 weeks, I got it back to find out my entire screen inside was discolored, foggy, eroded and damaged. They clearly wipe the interior down with a chemical that damaged my screen and parts of my leather seats. When I address the damages to the MANAGER JIMMY, he looked at it and right away went into denial and said there is nothing he can do about it. They are a bunch of crooks and future customers should stay far away from this shop. They clearly don’t care about customer cars and customer service. Absolutely the worst collusion shop in Queens. I had a front end collision. They fixed the bumper, but I was still having problems with my forward collision warning system. Kept taking it back and they told me it fine. Took it to the dealer for an oil change and they told me that the repsir was never done. They took the okd damaged camera and just glued it to the bumper and it was never recalibrated. Called my insurance, and they told me they were paid out for a new camera and for the recalibration. Crooks.
