I had probably my best ever experience at this car wash. The representative Z was extremely helpful and polite. You can really tell he cares about his quality of work. He really took his time to make sure my vehicle was properly prepped for the wash. 10/10!! We need more people like him!!

I always have a great experience at this location! I am able to get in and out, vehicle cleaned, no hassle! It's a clean facility, vacuums work great, clean towels always available, as well as window and all purpose cleaner. Today I got a nice surprise, Hudson came to ask how my day was going and offered to put shine on my tires, even got a few air freshners. I was waiting for a pitch to sell me an upgrade, but nope. Genuinely just a nice young man, helpful and polite.

I had the premium package for 6 - 8 months with a short interruption due to an incident at the loop 336 location. My tire felt like it was going off the roller during my car wash. As I took my car for inspection the next day, I was told to get a new tire (my tires were less than a year old), but there was a tear in the tire. This was the tire that felt like it was going off track. When complaining at the location, nothing was done. I stopped my membership at that time. I rejoined shortly after because I like a clean car and the locations were convenient. I have used these types of car washes for years and figured it was a fluke, that it happened. I rejoined but changed locations for a while. I then started going back to Loop 336. In February I took car through wash and as I was drying

Nathan was spectacular! He provided customer service way beyond my expectations! He is a real asset to your company. I can’t say enough good about him. I have had a membership for a couple years and never saw the attention to detail he provided.
