Luke provided me amazing customer service, and he sprayed my car down so great when I requested him to prior to coming into the wash. Without a proper spray down a dirty truck will still remain dirty at some parts of your truck. Thank you Luke! Will be back to signup with you this weekend

This car wash really stands out to me because of the price that you have to pay for a membership is VERY worth it! Also the employees make sure to really get all of the dirt and gung off your car. Also I love how there are always fresh towels to wipe your car. And the customer service here is amazing✨. 5 stars!

This was hands down one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. I went to White Water Car Wash expecting a basic, safe wash instead I left with a dirty car, anxiety, and concern about damage. First off, my car came out still super dirty, which is already unacceptable. But what really pushed this to another level is what happened before and during the wash. We left a $2 tip specifically for the guys in the tunnel so they would send us first and properly brush the car. Instead, they rushed us through with salt still all over the vehicle no prep, no rinse, no care at all. Anyone who knows cars knows brushing salt-covered paint is a great way to scratch and damage it. Shout-out to Erik at the Macomb 23 Mile location. Erik was professional and courteous. The scanner was not reading our membership barcode. Erik quickly came over to troubleshoot but was unsuccessful. Apparently, the "heads up" display can interfere with the scanning. He gave us the materials to remove the old sticker and offered alternative locations for a new sticker. That was our second encounter with Erik, and we left happy. Our first encounter with Erik, a few weeks prior, my husband's and my moods weren't great when we arrived, but Erik had us laughing through the carwash. Erik has made the membership for both of our cars totally with the cost! Thank you, Erik and Whitewater Car Wash!
