A couple of months ago, I was driving to Charlotte for work and from far aways. While I was on the high way, my car, my stead, began to shiver and quake in an ungodly manner. It felt as if though my car had become a bouncy ball. I turned to my co-pilot and ordered them to search for the nearest mechanic. We took the nearest exit and pulled into this unknown place of “China Grove” uncertain of what people ran this quiet town. My car creaked, and grumbled into Whitely’s with what little energy it had left. Out from under the hood of the garage a man with silver hair and silver glint from the sun that his smile. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. They stayed open after hours to replace a snapped axle and got me out of there and on my way. Forever grateful, thank you.

My husband and I have came here for all of our vehicle inspections for years. We are always treated respectfully. We never have to wait too long even if they are busy. They make us feel like important customers and if there are any issues, they fix it right away with no hassle. They definitely know what they are doing and I trust them.

Service was terrible. Charged me 85 dollars for a part that was only 35 dollars first off. Secondly, didn’t even change the part that I brought the vehicle to them for originally. Now he will not even pick up the phone. Charged me 300 dollars to put a part on that I could’ve changed myself. Had the audacity to tell me to bring it back so I could get scammed for another 150 dollars lol. Don’t ever take your vehicle there, unless for a inspection. If it’s something for your motor, transmission. Go elsewhere

Guy said the inspection & oil change would take 25 minutes, TOPS. Well, this old woman pulls in, after he puts my car in the bay. he stops working on my car to fix her problem. Apparently, she wasn't supposed to wait her turn. Well, an HOUR or so after he finally finishes with my car (He didn't have the filter OR the oil-Luckily I did have both in the car) he then tells me to "Pull straight out." Which I did. All of the sudden, there is this loud scraping sound! He runs over and tells me I was supposed to BACK OUT. I had dragged his oil pan under the car. I told him he said to "Pull straight out." He said "No, I said to BACK OUT." By this time, I was pretty livid. This guy is a complete moron. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER set foot in his establishment AGAIN!!!

My car has been there over a month I went in for power steering pump I ordered the part they claimed they put it on but when I got my car back the problem wasn't fixed had alot of the problems I didn't have when I took there returned the car the next day still is not fixed a job they told me would take 1 -3 hours has now been over a month and they messed a bunch of other stuff up they said they had trouble starting it and staying cranked but i didn't have that issue when I took it there they redid wiring I didn't ask for anyway a long story short now my car has all kind of problems
