The ladies at Whitmer Tire & Service were so nice and helpful. We had a tire issue while traveling; had AAA out to change it while traveling, then took it to Whitmer for a repair. They gave us an honest opinion, then sent us on our way. They didn’t do a hard sale, no pressure and were just the nicest people. Thank you all so much.

Had been taking my vehicles to Whitmer's for years and was planning to go for inspections and annual work in the next month. I needed an oil change and had some time today to spare so I went to do it myself, I have spent 2 hours and half a can of WD40 just trying to get this impact wrenched oil pan screw out! I've spent $1000s with Whitmer's to avoid paying more to dealers and buy local, but not after this since it's probably going to cost me a new oil pan...

I brought my vehicle Whitmer's a few days ago to have the TPMS sensors replaced on a set of new tires and wheels. They were less than a week old. When the vehicle was picked up, there were scratches on 2 of the wheels and damage to the tires themselves. I took it to the shop to show them, and the woman who looked it over said it wasn't as bad as she was expecting and that they weren't responsible for any damage to the wheels per their signage. She said she was sorry I wasn't happy and that black wheels are the worst for showing scratches. There was no apology for the damage the tire shop caused, only an apology for my feelings about the damage. Absolutely will not be recommending this shop to anyone, nor will we be doing business with them in the future.

Brought my 02 Civic EX manual transmission into whitmer's for a hole in my radiator. The radiator had a small hole that was spurting towards the engine therefore the engine burning off the liquid. I brought it into them to check it amongst get a timing belt replaced water pump oil pan gasket and a couple of other things fixed that it needed basically $1,000 worth of work including the radiator. I get my car back for them to tell me the mechanic said I had a blown head gasket which is totally outrageous I've had that car for 2 years it is not blowing smoke bubbling in the radiator when the cap is opened there is no milky stuff under the oil cap and the oil is not milky. Whitmer said they would not do any of the work which is the radiator timing belt water pump basically $1,000 worth of work
