Moe was a great help with making it understandable and showing he cared. The work was done fast and the team was on top of it. My only concern or problem would be I did notice some scratches on the back of my car that wasn’t there before I took it in. I contacted the company and was waiting for a response. Other than the damage the actual service was a 10/10

I had an exceptional experience with Derrick at Mercedes-Benz of Santa Monica. I brought in my CLA 250 for a cylinder head replacement, which is obviously a major repair, and Derrick handled everything with absolute professionalism from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure the repair was completed properly and on time. His communication, transparency, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier. The car is running perfectly now, and I truly appreciate the level of care and expertise provided.
