Great experience at Wichita Tire & Alignment. I brought my car in with a wheel bearing issue, and they were able to get me in the same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair faster than I expected. Friendly, professional service and clear communication throughout the process. I initially showed up for a front wheel alignment, but upon inspection Chris discovered my front passenger tie rod was shot. That explained why my front tire was wobbling. Anyway I had a trip scheduled soon and was worried about getting it repaired. Thankfully Chris said he could get to it immediately. He had it done inside of an hour. His work was excellent and the car now drives like new. Best service around!

A few months back on my car, they replaced the window switch. I had looked at it prior to taking it in, so I had a few of the screws out which I left and told Chris where to find them so that they could reattach it after replacing the switch, they did not do so, but the screws were gone, and now my door panel pops off every other time I shut the door. I messaged him about it and never got a response. I was worried not to make a big deal of it because I’ve been doing business there for a while and I did not want a confrontation about it. One star because they got me in pretty fast but that’s all I can say also had some work done on the fuel system when I got the vehicle back one of the hoses was broken in half and electric tape together camming a new series of problems on The app system nev

I've only been here twice but both times have met or exceeded expectations. The first time I drove over an hour because they are highly rated and my tires were making awful noises. They diagnosed and repaired the problem when three other shops kept telling me there was nothing wrong and/or were making unnecessary adjustments. Zero issues. Zero complaints.
