This is my second Isuzu truck I have purchased from them. Ron Hoisington. Him and Ron Hardy know how to care of customers.

Don’t even think of bringing your vehicles in for service. We were notified of a recall on our vehicle so we called this place. Of all people , the service manager said that he was aware of the recall and just to bring it in and he could take care of it. The problem is he knowingly knew that the recall parts were on back order. Their service adviser Cindy promised to keep us informed. When we didn’t hear from her as promised, we called in numerous times to get an update. Once we connected, let’s just say kindness on her part wasn’t present. The only thing we expected was good communication and good service. I guess We came to the wrong place.

Just bought a truck from ron, this gentleman is legit in every way, responsible, transparent and no hidden fees, he just delivers. I appreciate the attention and service that weisner provided.
