We bought a vehicle from Enrique Mata. At first everything was great. Then we brought the car in to be tinted. Enrique drove my vehicle into the last bay and then back to the main building. As I was leaving the dealership, my car alerted me that my tire pressure was decreasing in the back passenger tire by the time I got home it had gone from 33 psi to 7psi and when I looked at the tire there was a small nick in the rim. If I did not have to pick up my sick daughter from school I would’ve turned around and went back to the dealership. Clearly something happened either at the dealership or on the way home. Absolutely the worst company and customer service I have ever had to deal with. They cracked and bent a rim on my daughter's car during a oil change and tire rotation appointment. They completely REFUSE to accept responsibility and work with us to correct the matter but rather they give us inaccurate information! EVERYONE I have spoken to gives a DIFFERENT explanation of events and excuses, which dont even match to the details mentioned on the paperwork.
