Wild Water Express Car Wash

This car wash was okay the only thing was they don’t offer towels and their vacuums weren’t long enough. Also it didn’t really get my car clean like it should. I usually go to superstar car wash because they are cheaper offer towels air freshener and offer air for your tires and vacuums are great . I suggested these things to management.

It’s good for getting the surface off, but the fans don’t dry off the remaining excess water all the way. Had to use my windshield wipes to wipe away the droplets on my front window

Always a great service here good wash and if ever I have a problem they tend to help me out.

Horrible Service and No Accountability! I recently took my car to Wild Water Carwash. Not only did their equipment damage my vehicle, but the manager, Eric, has been avoiding taking responsibility. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with him to resolve the issue, and every time, he alludes to calling me back but never does. It's clear Eric knows the damage was their fault, but he refuses to make it right. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you value your car and expect decent customer service, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of car washes in the area that actually care about their customers and won't leave you with costly repairs and unanswered calls. I absolutely love this carwash! The prices are so fair, and they always do an amazing job cleaning my vehicle. Highly recommend!
