Wilder RV

After a horrible experience at Camping World we went to Wilder RV in Clinton, MO. Ben was fantastic. He explained everything as we viewed campers we told him we were interested in. He never tried to pressure us into anything. He gave us the information we asked for and answered all our questions without ridiculous sales tactics...just honest, straightforward service. It was very refreshing. We made what I considered to be a great deal on a nice camper. Clinton handled the paperwork end when it came time to finish up the sale. Again, very professional and friendly. He offered and explained our options for an extended warranty but did not attempt to pressure us for a sale...the offer was there should we choose to accept it. Can’t say enough good things about my experience other than there is something to be said about small town hospitality. Staff was amazing. Never felt pressured once from finance or sales. Came in on a Saturday and bought the camper before noon and then the team spent the week installing a new Gen Y, camera system, and washer/dryer. Picked it up on the following Saturday. Had a couple minor things happen on the 4 hour drive home, Jon the sales guy took care of it and had the parts guy confirm the issue with parts being shipped to take care of all of it… on a Saturday afternoon! I highly recommend this RV Dealer!

I just drove from Utah to pick up my new KZ Sportster X 3914. What a fantastic dealership and staff. Most notably Ben Stoltman who went beyond the call of duty to make a sale. I have been buying RV's for 30 plus years and this is the best dealership I have come across. If your in the market for a RV check out Wilder RV and Ben a fantastic salesman and now friend. The dealership in Utah wanted thousands more for a 2025 model and wilder saved me thousands on a fully loaded 2026 model.

UPDATE Upon advisement of Wilder, RV, we took our RV to another dealership to have it looked at. As stated in our above review, we were not happy with the repairs that Wilder did. in reading our review from above you’ll see that we had issues with about everything that we had them look at. The refrigerator was not level. They put shims at the bottom to level the refrigerator instead of doing what they should’ve done at the beginning. After taking it to the other dealership, they found that the top mounts for the refrigerator were there but we’re not connected to the refrigerator. So they had to pull the refrigerator out again and attach the mounts and Restall the refrigerator. That cost is $416. Of course we could not build that to the extended warranty company because Wilder had already

We used Wilder RV for maintenance and service on our toy hauler for a few years and were very pleased. Recently we traded our toy hauler in for a regular camper. The Wilder staff we worked with were outstanding! From Parts, Service, Sales, Finance and General Management we worked with Jacob, Jacob, Bob, Ben, Clinton, Preston and others. Customer Service and Quality are definitely a priority for this facility! We highly recommend Wilder RV!
