Wilkins Mazda Service

Bill was great! There was some issue with the first service advisor but once Bill took over everything went smoothly. He made sure to keep me updated and helped me get my car very quickly when I came to pick it up. On the other hand, not thrilled with the tech ripping apart my glovebox and throwing everything everywhere and putting no effort into putting it back together, all so they could try and charge me $100 for a cabin air filter. They also tried to sell me on $3,500 in other BS services, when the original reason was for a warranty fuel pump replacement, which I shouldn’t have to deal with in the first place on a car with 40k miles. 5 stars for Bill.

I had my car serviced this week and Andrew did a great job in letting me know how long my car could be at the shop and if the repairs were covered by my warranty. He was helpful in getting a shuttle for me leaving the dealership and when it was time for me to pick up my car the next day. I am very pleased with their customer service and my overall experience with the service department.

I came in to get some recall work as well as an oil change. I had issues getting my oil changed at Walmart because they damaged my drain plug and I had to order a new one. Wilkins was able to install the part I ordered with no issues. Also, I needed an Uber to work and back and they covered it which I thought was so nice, I didn’t expect it at all! Jessica was super helpful and it was a great experience.

I live in Chicago, but I rather come to Wilkins Mazda. Every time I go there for oil changes, the staff is friendly and is dedicated to listening to my concerns. This place does provide great service, they are punctual and very efficient at anticipating car needs. Highly recommend this dealership for car purchases and car service.

As always, my experience at Wilkins Mazda Service was top-notch. Granted, more work was needed on my SUV than I planned for, but I feel confident that the work done was done properly and with care. I stayed in the comfortable waiting room while the work was done. Omar and the other Service Advisor were very kind and professional to me, asking if I was comfortable, I was, and if I needed a ride anywhere, I didn't. I will most probably always take my beloved SUV to Wilkins.
