Willet's Point Service Station

I've been a customer of Kramer for many and always received top service I'd rate them at 10+. However Kramer has sold the business approximately 2 months ago. I was serviced today 12/1/20 by the new owner. So far so good!... Kramer's was the very best experience in auto service. Big shoes to fill..

Was there the other day to get my vehicle inspected. Gary the new owner was courteous and professional. I've been coming here for many many years. They really did a beautiful job sprucing up the place. Ask for Gary

Great mechanic- Troy, I highly recommend this place. Got a synthetic/blend oil change for less than 50.00 Gas prices are a tad too high but I usually don't buy gas there so I gave it a 4 star rating

Had my Jaguar break down. I was from out of state. I was told to take it to Kramer's. They diagnosed my problem which was a little involved. repaired it as quickly as humanly possible. They were in a position to rip me off, and they treated me fairly. what more can you ask for from a shop? Thanks much Ken

Do NOT use this location for U-haul. I did the reservation, had it confirmed, went there and they did not have the uhaul van available. There was one broken down in the back. They could've called and said the Uhaul is not here, but not. I had to make a new reservation in the college point uhaul which turned out to be a nightmare, thanks to Willets Point Service station. The gas station pumper was super rude too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR UHAUL. It is also full service gas and more money. AVOID
