Big Shout of to Steven and Lena at the Starkville Location. My daughter is in college and was having issues with her vehicle. They took the time to get it repaired properly and fix the issue in the time frame we needed before she left to travel. They were so kind and responsive with me. Highly recommend. Extremely professional service.

First class all the way! My daughter's car broke down and I am 4 hours away in Tn. They got it towed to their shop and fixed in 2 days. First, they were upfront about the cost for the car to be towed, diagnosed, and to fix it. They kept me informed through the whole process and got my daughter's car back to her for college quickly. It took a lot of pressure off this dad knowing that they had my daughter's best interest in mind! Thank you William Wells Auto!

Fast, quality service. We were in town for work and had an emergency brake situation. Steven got my car in and out in one day. He was also super informative with every step start to finish. Highly recommend.

1 year as an international student and it is always the same guy; morning, afternoon and night. I do not know his name but he got well-noticeable piercings. He’s a great person, good driver and whether in or not in your presence, he takes the vehicle to where it is supposed to be. I have enjoyed their services and his assistance over 3 times; I will always go back to them. Thank you.

AMAZING people and service! We had a tire going low while driving from Florida to Minnesota. Called to see if they could assist us. Told us to stop on in. 35 minutes later they had us and our dog back in our car and out the door. I hope they see this review ,so they all know how much we appreciate them and their kindness.
