1 star for the quality work that's done, once it's done. There's the thing right there, their estimated times would be manageable if they them selves could mange letting someone know when something is going to take longer; especially if you're sitting in their waiting room. Then on top of that let's talk about how you get treated when they're already 3 days behind on getting your car in because they had your original appointment setup for something you did even want done. Well 1st thing I learned they do is walk of saying you're welcome like you owe them some thanks for only getting half the job done and not letting you know there was something holding things up so 4.5 hrs later on what was supposed to be a 1.5 hr job you get told to make another appointment for the other job. I've been going to this auto shop for a few years for my auto maintenance and it's time I gave them a review that they've earned. This shop has serviced my car, truck, work truck and my girlfriends car. All wonderfully and promptly. They had each of my vehicles 2 days or less for every repair, but most were done same day. I have also utilized their mobile repair service twice. Both times the mechanic showed up and got me out of a sticky breakdown situation, one on the freeway and one at a gas station. This shop really does have it together as far as being professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is as fair as I've seen. I am so pleased with the work Williams Auto did on my good old girl, an 05 Elantra. I got a new timing belt, water pump, and nice new CV joints. Good communication with the shop, nice folks, reasonable prices, quick service and my car is happy! 10/10 recommend! 🌈

Went for a diagnosis on a power steering issue, the mechanic and the woman at the front desk were very personable and informative about a few issues my car had. As a result of their services, my car is in tip top shape and for a good price as well. If I ever have any other issues with my car, I know where I will be going.
