Dropped my Jeep off to get new mud tires and wheels. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and with a smile. They got me set up quick and, as promised, the job was completed within their designated time frame. The results were amazing. the jeep looked and drove great. I would recommend Williams tires to anyone.

Had an appointment for an alignment and was told my steering wheel wobble was not due to an alignment and wasn’t going to fix my issue. I am a professional mechanic and have went over everything possible issue that could cause this besides an alignment and was told by the guy at the counter that it would be a waste of time. Do NOT use these people. They don’t want your business

I can't say enough about Williams Tire. It was all around the best experience I've had for car repairs as a woman. I was recommended by a friend, and was not disappointed. I called ahead to schedule with a limited time frame and they worked hard to get my car back to me. Bill helped me over the phone and in person, and he and the gentleman at the front were so helpful. The mechanic was friendly and helpful, too. They were honest and prices were fair. Highly recommend.

I received a quote for new brakes on the front of my truck, after giving all specifications on the truck. They said the price for the front brakes would be $205, which was in line with all the other shops that I called. I dropped my truck off and they called approximately six hours later with the price and said all the brakes needed to be replaced and the rotors. I did not believe the rotors needed to be replaced and said only give a price for the brakes. They said you're supposed to replace your rotors every time you replace your brakes. They gave me a price to replace all four brakes for over $2,600, not including the price of rotors to be replaced. After they gave the price, I specifically told them I only wanted a price for the brakes and not a price to replace the rotors. I took my tr
