I purchased a used car from this dealership last year, and my experience has been quite disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was told that two complimentary services were included. I used the first service without issue, but when I later called to schedule the second, I was informed it had “expired” and would now require payment. I was never given any date, timeframe, or notice about an expiration, and the dealership refused to accommodate me when I raised this concern. Additionally, one of the keys provided at the time of purchase was not working. I was assured it would be repaired, but when I followed up, I was told they would not be able to fix it after all. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. Showed up to the appointment that i had made a week before and they had no record of it at all. Was greeted with attitude each time I was there. The car was there all day and I ended up calling around 4pm to see what was going on. On this phone call they told me that the car was not going to be seen for another 2 days. Not 30 minuets later I get a call back saying they just worked on it and wanted to be paid for a hour worth of work. Between talking to 3 different people and how unorganized they must be down there Toyota Williams did not care to listen about the history of the car, which is a big part of debugging. I had a tech say to me, "It does not matter what another service provider did". They ended up not charging me for the 20 minutes of wor
