They have hidden fees I needed oil change for two cars and the owner says it'd be around $200 for two cars and after bringing one single car and have it done they charge $120. I tried making sure what kind of oil they would use by asking questions but the ,moment I arrived they just tell me that I was asking too many questions. As a costumer I believe I have the right to ask questions so I don't get overcharge with hidden fees, I also understand I may not be the costumer that will give you thousands but I'd recommend to treat every single costumer the same since businesses depend on costumers.

I recently when there this past Monday to get my car repaired, my fan wasn’t working, and while being there, I asked him to put my turbocharger bypass valve solenoid back in my car, because I ordered it before coming to his place and since I was already there to get my car fixed, I was adamant to get that part fixed as well. Now he ended not fixing that part, and let me drive that car 10hrs8mins away back to my college in Indiana, only to realize the damage when I am over here. I brought my car to a local mechanic right beside my college and he let me know that he did fix that part at, he did an error about it and as a result, the car ended being worse and now my motor is completely damaged. First off, this Xienna woman that gave this shop a bad review is obviously someone in opposition to this business and I urge all to disregard her lies about this mechanic. She is only telling these fibs to likely take business from this place. I have been going to this shop for years and there is not a chance that they would say they changed someone’s oil and didn’t. I have had my check engine light on in multiple vehicles and there was never a charge and this shop and will change spark plugs in their sleep without error. These are on the contrary of what this Xienna the scammer had to say. I go an hour out of my way to go to this shop because the owner Guillermo is such an honest man, and when I saw this one star review from this person, I knew I owed it to this shop to nullify this fake

I’ve known Guillermo for more than 10 years, he’s very professional, honest and most important he’s very knowledgeable about his business, never give me any issue taking my car at any time. I highly recommend his business!!!!
