Willis Nissan - Service Department

My experience on Friday February 6th solidified my willingness to ever have this service department troubleshoot, repair or have relations with moving forward. From the moment you arrive its like stepping into the cosmetic department at a Nordstrom's. Full of eager people to help out or give you the fake kindness but when the rubber meets the road they either backpeddle or or are quick with a "I can't do that". My issue or issues may seem trivial or even petty however, Im a paying customer who's fulfilled all of my obligations for the lease and is never late on a payment. It soon frustrating and disappointing!!! Service advisor tried hard to make things right but the powers to be are very limited if any. The service and workers are fine but they will nickel and dime you to death. After spending $1,700 on front wheel bearings and 1 tire they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $1,360 to replace my brakes and rotors. I got my brakes done elsewhere and guess what? The rotors are completely fine. There was no offer to just replace brake pads (which cost way less than brakes AND rotors). They want you to assume that there's no option but to replace the whole package. I wish they would provide pictures of the damage they are finding. I would like a picture of the nail in the sidewall of my tire and a picture of my worn break pads. Also, most places charge a diagnostic fee, but if you decide to go ahead and get the repair through them the diagnostic fee comes off the cost of the repair. Not here! You'll

I have nothing good to say about the service department. I had my titan service twice and they did an amazing job. Done right the first time and never had any issues after. From person answering the phone and scheduling your appointment to when you arrived dropping off your vehicle. They are all wonderful and professional. Thank you service team for an amazing experience. Definitely would do all my maintenance here.
