Markie and Laura were amazing! They towed us from Lufkin all the way to our house an hour and a half away immediately when we called after triple A had said it’d be a few hours. They truly saved the day and took great care of me and my boyfriend and wiped away our worries. Amazing people with kind hearts!!

This towing company is one of the worst In Lufkin. My car was stolen and wrecked and Willis Towing was called to get it. They claimed that it took them 2 hours to get when it only took 45 minutes then they said it would cost $1019.00 which was out of my budget and this is after they ripped the front bumper and created more damage to the vehicle. I called them to make arrangements to come and get my things and my ride was running late when I got up there she wouldn't meet me saying that it was 5 pm and I live 30 miles from there. My whole experience with these people has been stressful and expensive..

My car was towed. What started out as a horrible experience, was made better by the tow truck driver (Marky). He understood my predicament, offered sound advice,and even drove me home, saving me money. I can't say enough about the kindness, and professionalism of Willis Towing & Recovery. Marky truly deserves a raise! I will look only to Willis Towing & Recovery, for any future towing needs. You guys rock!
