Mine and my wife's initial reaction to the Assisted Living area at Willow Brook at Delaware Run was quite positive. We were warmly greeted and shown to a respite room that would be my wife's home while she `recovered from knee surgery. However, during the several week she was in Assisted Living's care, our opinions climbed ever higher. It was comforting to see warm and genuine smiles on the faces of the nurses and aides and the ever-present words of encouragement -- "Looking good Nola" or "Way to go Nola" -- that were voiced as we passed them during the many walks we took to rehabilitate her knee. One day, both my wife and I will probably reach a point where we will be unable to care for ourselves. While we hope such a time lies far in our future, it is comforting to both of us to kn
The administration, staff and aides are exceptional at Delaware Run. My husband has been a resident there for 3 months. Residents are cared for by dedicated individuals who are friendly and promptly attend to various needs. We would highly recommend Willow Brook at Delaware Run.
They need more communication between all workers on all shifts.
This is The FANCIEST Senior Citizens home I've ever seen !
