However, my recent experience at Willow Manor at Clopper’s Mill was so unprofessional and troubling that I feel compelled to share it. I represent a licensed medical provider group that delivers home-based and on-site primary care services covered by patients’ insurance; these are healthcare services specifically designed to benefit older adults, many of whom live in communities like this one.
