I drive a 2010 Chevy Impala. Being an older car things tend to wear out. I’m so thankful my son found Wills Automotive! The first time I took the car in for a transmission fluid leak. The line was cracked and leaking. Simple fix and it was done the next day. The price was very reasonable as well. A while back a clicking sound started in the dashboard. I took the car in to have it looked at. Ian said one of the fans was probably broken and the clicking was the fan trying to work.(common problem with Impalas). Ian also told me that it didn’t affect the car in any way, just annoying. The fix was pretty labor intensive, seats removed to be able to remove the dashboard. I decided to put it off. Had a fantastic experience with Wills Automotive shop. I spoke to Ian on the phone and described what was happening with the shaking in my steering wheel and what another shop had told me needs to be fixed. I brought the car in and they did a quick drive and within 10 minutes confirmed what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. The price was exceptionally reasonable and the fixed happened by the next day at noon. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new mechanic shop. I will definitely be utilizing them in the future.

Been trusting Will & Ian for 15 years with maintenance and repair of all our family's vehicles. Always accurate on investigation, location, symptom diagnosis and permanent repair. Can't think of a single time when something failed after they fixed it. They have our business until Will sales the place....unless he sells it to Ian, in which case, we're good.

Brought my fiance’s Nissan Versa here for a second opinion and estimate after the dealership used scare tactics to try and convince us that she needed a $1600 control arm replacement, alignment and balancing. Within the hour, Will gave us a call and told us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, it was in great shape, our tires still had life in it and there were no concerns. He didn’t try to push us on anything extra at all either! Very honest, very quick service, thank you Will and Ian!
