Will's Starter & Alternator

Capt'n Tom's boat was adrift with a worn out starter. Took it to Will's and PRESTO, it was professionally rebuilt almost instantly. Outstanding quality, service and a fair price. I wonder where they keep their magic wand......

Took my sonata to Will's starter for diagnosis. I was told it was the alternator, after a full day of them having my car I was told it was fixed. The next day my wife drove to pick up our grandchildren, turned the car off and it never started again. We paid to have it towed back to Wills. The following day two hours after they opened WE called to check status and were told they would let us know, when they called they said it was the starter. Asking how the alternator became the starter we were told "things happen". Once again had to find a ride to pick up the car as they claim to have no one available for transportation. I realize everything in today's world is expensive however paying for an alternator only to find out it's probably the starter, is not only double the expense but
