Truck drivers it’s not bad place to go the only issue is dock/door overnight parking available front W front st or back before dock if you want it good luck my flow trucker’s

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I came in to purchase a caliper and was given the wrong part. I returned the following day, paid the price difference for the correct one, and was told to come back at 10 AM for pickup. I arrived at 10 AM as instructed. I was then told to return at 1 PM. I came back at 1 PM, and once again, the time was changed to 3 PM. Mistakes can happen — that’s understandable. However, repeatedly changing pickup times after already providing the wrong part shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. Clear communication and basic reliability are fundamental in this industry. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their internal processes.

They only friendly if you speak Spanish or they know you purchase from them all the time. Someone ordered a part for me I paid for it mechanic ordered the wrong part. I went back to either return/exchange immediately after they looked at me with a box and made me wait 15 minutes only 1 guy who was a customer there talking in Spanish, me with a box 2 guys behind the counter staring. I said sorry I have to return but I been here 15 minutes 3 guys behind counter the guy said can't you see we all busy? No problem it was paid by American Express I'll let you figure the rest and bought the same part online halfprice shipped next day Amazon Prime 🤣.

They sent the wrong part. First the guy said to return the item and he would ship out the correct part immediately as it was the same price. This was just before New Years. When the part didn't come I called and he said he would refund me and I would have to reorder the part. The part went from $16 just before New Years to $71 on like Jan 2. He told me it was pricing for the New Year and there was nothing he could do. A total rip-off artist. Would not even take responsibility for their mistake.

AMAZING!!!! The only thing is: you have to be a REALLY GOOD TRUCK DRIVER TO MANUVER AND BACKING IN TO DOCK. you can sleep on the street a night before you drop.
