1.5 hours for an oil change is much. Didn't wash the car after service either. I have come to this expectation when using the dealer for service. Friendly staff and car returned exactly as I dropped it off. Overall good experience with the need for a few tweaks to be perfect.

Service department completely sucks and customers beware! We have taken our '23 Santa Fe Caligraphy there twice and each time they screwed it up even more! The inept mechanic also left dirty and oily fingerprints all over our car! Where is the quality control? There is none! We will now take our car to Murfreesboro Hyundai instead! It's truly sad!

I owned hyundai palisade and will schedule for service appointment for every 6 months. They never did a better service. They have best sales team but service is never improved. It is worse every time. Service representatives are not responsive and they will never address the concerns during the car drop off. More over it is hard to reach the representatives

Just called WC Hyundai to get my 2023 Santa Fe looked at. It is not starting up right away at stops. Get this, I'm worried about something wrong with my NEW car and they said their first available appt is MAY 6th! Wow, I guess they have enough business so they won't be getting mine. Wow. WTG WC Hyundai!

This service department is terrible. They not only take forever, they ALWAYS forget something. Every time. If it didn’t take an hour to drive to a different dealership, I would never come here.
