Totally disappointed in the fact that when I brought my truck to Drew my motor was not cracked, the Fact that Drew doesn't want to take responsibility is horrible. I have used and trusted them for 2 years and now this, having to buy a new motor. So this is hiw you treat Veterans

Drew at Wilson Tire Center in Texarkana should be commended for his level of service! If we could have given him 5+++++, we would have! He is SO personable, accommodating and down right nice! It was a TRUE pleasure to deal with him today! We wish we lived closer, but we were just traveling through from a memorial service in Tenn. going back to the Fort Worth area when we noticed our car needed an oil change. We called 30 minutes out of Texarkana and Drew had us in and out of his establishment in 45 minutes once we arrived!!!! What a pleasant experience! Thanks for taking pride in your job and treating your customers SO well, Drew!!!

What a great experience. I spent quite a few years in the automotive service industry and the tire business and Drew runs a very clean shop and does business the right way. How refreshing it was to not deal with corporate BS and silly sales tactics. I ordered a set of tires for my dually, and they showed up and they put them on and his crew did a great job. 100% recommend. Also I witnessed him dealing with people who didn't know a lot about their cars or their tires, which is quite common, and he treated them respectfully and worked with them very well to explain things. This is a great old school example of how to do business, and to stay in business for the long haul.

My car broke down & I had it deliver on a wrecker to Wilson’s. They were honest and fair and communicated with my husband the entire time. They fixed everything and got me up and running in 2 days. Would definitely recommend this shop. They were recommended by O’Riellys auto parts to me.
