Refused to help with lots of excuses and then ignored my requests for help when they messed up my warranty refund. It's been nearly a year and I don't have my $$$. They no longer have my trust. In response to their response: they could have helped me connect with someone at Findley auto group-which still exists! Or called mopar to help me. But everything was: here "call this number at mopar" - which I did and waited very long times to get no help! "Here email mopar-" which I did- and go no response! These people worked at Findley jeep, took my money...the money of those I sent to buy there...now no one can do anything!!! It was their screw up. Don't trust these people-they take zero responsibility for their failure and make their problems yours. They don't care-it's not their

All I can say you are charged 500.00 dollars you would think they could at least vacuum your truck.
